WHO WE ARE

As an owner-managed company, we at Inercomp have been serving our customers since 2008. Ever since, we have expanded our services with the experience of more than 20 years in the energy industry. We are leading experts for the energy market as well as for energy supply contracts with a focus on wholesale trading of electricity, natural gas and CO2 certificates.

Each one of our team members has expert knowledge in sub-sectors of the energy industry. Together, we form a team that covers the entire spectrum of the energy industry. We are especially united by our shared values of independence, sustainability and transparency.

Accuracy, fun at work and open communication are important principles of our daily work: both in the team and with our customers!
Our typical customers include international industrial groups, including some of the largest companies in Central Europe, with an annual consumption ranging from 10 gigawatt hours to several terrawatt hours. We have been serving them on a long-term basis and in close cooperation.

Furthermore, smaller energy consumers, power producers and energy suppliers also rely on our support. We are happy to provide an overview of our reference projects on request and after consultation.

Gründung des Unternehmens durch Felix Diwok mit dem Fokus auf langfristiges Portfoliomanagement für Strom

Nutzung der massiven Umbrüche am Gasmarkt für die Kunden in der Industrie

Erstes internationales Schiedsgerichtsverfahren und Entwicklung eines internen Portfoliomanagementsystems

Operative Abwicklung des Spothandels für Dritte an der HUPX in Ungarn

Start der Optimierung von flexiblen Kraftwerken und Anlagen für Dritte

Beginn der Abwicklung von Lieferantenprozessen für Strom und Erdgas in Österreich und Deutschland

Stärkung der Aktivitäten in Osteuropa durch Standort in Budapest

Markteinführung des PowerBot Algotraders für den automatisierten Handel am Intradaymarkt

Ausbau der energiewirtschaftlichen Microservices und Tools, sowie geographische Erweiterung der Aktivität

Ausgründung der PowerBot GmbH

Die 20. Person arbeitet bei IC und die Intensität der Arbeit erhöht sich mit der Preisentwicklung ab Q3/2021

Independence

Our services are based on wide-ranging energy industry know-how, transparent calculations, forecasts and an independent opinion. We do not sell you any energy, do not receive any performance-based commissions and therefore deliberately do not benefit from the savings you make. The remuneration corresponds to predefined fees. You will receive an honest and unbiased opinion from us.

We rise to the challenges of the energy revolution and its associated business models with confidence, enthusiasm and passion. However, we also possess an important dose of energy realism. We are committed to actively exemplifying sustainability—from the company's own electric car to the use of public mobility and the compensation of CO2 emissions that have been unavoidable to date.
